Sailing on their bellies is a 2002 article about the Italian chefs of Luna Rossa Challenge (now Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli), the Italian sailboat racing syndicate first created to compete for the 2000 America's Cup. It was Published on issue 91, March 2002 in NZ prime food and lifestyle magazine Cuisine. The chefs interviewed were Adriano Berloni and Maurizio Sarigu.

Since the first appearance of the Luna Rossa Challenge in Auckland, to train and then compete for the 2000 America's Cup, New Zealanders have been besotted with the Italian team, perceived as to be hard working and determined while remaining incredibly stylish. The presence of the Prada Team to the event also increased the visibility, and interest, of New Zealanders towards Italian lifestyle and favoured the entrance of new Italian products, like Parma ham, into the Country (You can listen to former Italian Honorary Consul Cav. Mario Magaraggia's charming tale about the first introduction of Parma ham into New Zealand, prompted by a request from the Prada Team and then picked up by the Embassy for the wider Italian community, in this 2018 Ondazzurra radio interview, (at minute 20 to minute 24).
